Behind Noush is Roya, a food industry professional with over 14 years of experience as a Food Safety and Hygiene Inspector both in the United States and abroad. Roya holds a Master's degree in Food Science & Technology, bringing academic rigor and deep technical knowledge to every jar she crafts.
This isn't just a passion project — it's a product built on expertise.
